Based on representations by the FAA at the 2018-01-25 meeting in Lake Arrowhead, flights into Ontario after 11pm are supposed to use the JCKIE1 route. That announcement included route details with both horizontal (track over the ground) and vertical components.

The following flights violated the horizontal component of that announcement, using the EAGLZ2 route after 11pm, and many of these also violated the vertical component as well.

The following flights violated the vertical component of that announcement. The JCKIE1 route as published by the FAA includes a waypoint at ARRAN south of highway 18, where aircraft are supposed to be at or above 10000 feet.

The EAGLZ2 route as published by the FAA includes a waypoint at 9000 feet near the intersection of of North Bay and Highway 173. Some aircraft are substantially lower than this.
