The FAA has a presentation on their web site.
From https://skyvector.com/airport/ONT/Ontario-International-Airport and https://skyvector.com/airport/SNA/John-Wayne-Airport-Orange-County-Airport we have the approach charts:
Some of those waypoints are plotted here. GLRNO and PMD.ZIGGY are ONT approach routes from the north thru Cajon Pass. EAGLZ2, JCKIE1, JCKIE2 and ZIGGY7 are ONT approach routes from the north-east. DSNEE4 is a SNA approach route from the north-east.
The eaglz/tynin/weldr branch of EAGLZ2 (and rafii/weldr on GLRNO) is used when ONT is using runway 8, which is rare. The normal branch eaglz/stomn (and rafii/botie) is used when they are landing on runway 26.
The EAGLZ waypoint is essentially at the intersection of North Bay and Highway 173, near LAE.
As of 2019-12-05 the FAA has cancelled the EAGLEZ2 and JCKIE1 routes, and replaced that with the JCKIE2 route.
